Any company or individual wishing to use them for either personal or commercial usage must first obtain written permission from the artist prior to usage and pay relevant usage fees.

Purchasing a print does not allow the usage of the artwork contained within of any kind other than for display as per it’s original intended sale.

Any unauthorised usage will result in a takedown notice being served to the hosts of any website found to be in breach of copyright and the domain holder or third party user will be billed at 3 x full agency rate and pursued via legal recourse.
